Dog Run Saloon in Apache Junction

Great food and service. The speaker right by us was LOUD, and our server was nice enough to unplug it. Delicious fish and chips. The cook sent one onion ring for me to taste...next time I'll buy a full order...yum! A fun place with great food and staff.

Gail the owner is so nice! She gets to know her customers by name! It's a small bar and restaurant but wonderful food! You need to come on Friday for the fish!! And we'd for kareoke

I love this place. Going there for karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights and hanging out with my friends is a great time.Susie and the other bartenders are always a lot of fun too.Mike the karaoke DJ is great at helping you pick a song when your new to karaoke. The food has always been great as well.

Puke in the washroom sink....no wings, no fish (3 pieces left for a 4 piece order) but a very small serving of coleslaw was added to make up for the missing piece of fish (pretty lousy customer service), slow service ( more concerned with selling beer than food) and a door to the patio that wouldn't close properly thereby allowing smoke from the patio to enter the eating/bar area. Won't be back and will sure as hell let everyone know what a great place this is!

Got the fried fish they offer on Fridays and it was great! We'll be back.All the employees went out of their way to say hello and make us feel at home along with most of the customers

If your looking to play some pool and grab a drink then here you go. Not unlike other bars in the area.

Our group stops there for lunch several times a year Nd the food is always good. Especially the fish on Friday. Great tasting Cod lightly battered and cooked to perfection. Great fries and coleslaw for sides.

Had fun singing at the Dog Run with friends. Mike is a great singer and runs a good karaoke. The bartenders were friendly.

We are new to the east Mesa area and wanted to try out some new stops.. looking for local places. This saloon was clean, with great staff & delicious food. Will definitely come back... they have specials daily!

We had a great experience at the Dog Run Saloon! We spent our morning in tortilla flat went to the marina at Canyon lake and then goldfield ghost town. We had our dog (child) Lucy with us and we wanted to eat lunch. It’s hard to find a place accommodating for your fur face family. This place is top notch, great food and drinks the staff was friendly and welcoming and the other customers we were dining with were superb people! All dog lovers and down to earth humans just looking for some good conversation, food and drinks. We will definitely be back Lucy enjoyed it just as much as we did!

I can't say much. Stopped in for a pint, the Staff was friendly. It's a homely saloon with pool tables, a patio and races on the TVs.

My favorite local neighborhood haunt! Bar staff are all fabulous, especially Susie-aka the singing Bartender Ed! Not only is it a great place to catch the game on an afternoon, but it has great food, and the best karaoke nights in town with DJ Magic Mike! It's always a great time, and the folks there feel more like family than anything else. Without a doubt my favorite hangout in East Mesa!

Leslie, the bartender must have had something really bad happened in her life because she was the most unhappy bartender I have ever met. We all do the best we can and I hope whatever is troubling her can be resolved. But her vibe was so bad that I needed to go to another bar even though I was so hungry and thirsty and was right in the middle of my football game.

Awesome place! Karaoke and service it's awesome. I will highly recommend you or anybody to come and check this place out

SUZIE.. LINDA..and all the ladies..head up a fun bar with some good food from Rubin in the kitchen...Karoke with Mike on weekends or a kick back game of pool and a beer...The Dog Run has always been in the middle of the fun!!

The meals and service were ahead of my expectations. I truly liked the environment of this spot. Awesome place to take the family out for dinner.

I mean for where this place is in a small town of AJ it’s a pretty cool dive bar. Food is good and the drinks are cheap. The people who come here seem to be very laid back. Doesn’t feel intimidating in here if you know what I mean?

Place gets packed for the all you can eat fish... would give it 5 stars if they were faster.

Kind of a dive bar, dirty table tops, probably due to only one bartender on duty, who also was singing karyoke while that was going on. Nice little outside seating area. Has pool tables. Fairly small place, but was open till 2am unlike dirtwater, handlebar or any other bar in the area that all closed at 10 on a weekend.😥

Great bartender (Leslie) and a great place to watch football games.
